When I started, Spiral Up Counseling didn’t yet have a visual identity or website.
The main goals were to:
Design a calming and inviting website and logo that reflected her gentle, hopeful approach to therapy.
Create a logo and visual identity that felt whimsical yet professional.
Build a space she could proudly share with clients, where information was clear and easy to access.
The challenge was to strike the right balance between softness and structure creating something that felt approachable and light while maintaining the trust and professionalism of a licensed counselor.

I began with a deep dive into her brand vision she described her ideal site as “gentle, uplifting, and a little bit whimsical.” Using that as the foundation, I developed both her logo and website with cohesive colors, typography, and layout.
Key elements included:
Logo Design: A soft, spiral-inspired mark paired with organic typography that symbolizes growth, transformation, and upward movement.
Color Palette: Muted blues, creams, and sage tones to create a sense of calm and serenity.
Typography: Rounded, approachable fonts for a friendly and human touch.
Website Design: A simple, single-scroll layout featuring her services, philosophy, and contact information built to be easy for clients to navigate and mobile-friendly.
UX & Accessibility: Clear call-to-actions (“Schedule a Session,” “Learn More”) and thoughtful white space to maintain readability and flow.
